Beer & Bites - Private Tour

(1) The customer can withdraw any time before the beginning of the reserved trip. The receipt of the withdrawal declaration at Fork and Walk Tours is definitive.

(2) Public tours cancellation policy: If a client or group cancels or cannot attend a tour for any reason, Fork and Walk Tours will reschedule tickets for a later date at no additional charge when notice is given at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled tour. If a client or group cancels or cannot attend a tour for any reason and wishes to have a refund, this can be applied as follows:

a. Full refund if cancelled more than 72 hours (3 days) prior to the scheduled tour.

b. 50% refund if cancelled between 48 and 72-hours prior to the scheduled tour.

c. Non-refundable if cancelled within 48 hours of the scheduled tour.

(3) Group tours cancellation policy:
Full refund for cancellation 30+ days before the scheduled tour
50% Refund: 29-15 days before the scheduled tour
20% 14-10 days before the scheduled tour
Within 10 days the booking is non-refundable

(4) Corona cancellation policy: in the event of a Covid lockdown, or the State of Munich not allowing groups to meet, a full refund will be applied.

(5) Full refund or credit in case of operator cancellation due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances.

(6) No-shows will be charged the full price. Ticket is non-refundable
